This role involves managing the related IT infrastructure, developing process automation through scripting, and collaborating with engineering teamsto streamline design processes.
The engineer will also train end-users on the effective use of CAD tools and document technical procedures.
Bachelor ́s degree inMechanical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Industrial Design.




Professional experience in engineeringIT supportor related areas.
Strong knowledge inCATIA V5/V6and3 DExperience Ticket Triage(User training, system health diagnostics).
Experience with IT infrastructure management forCAD tools.
Proficiency in automation scripting.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshotting skills.
Ability to document processes and create user guides.
Strong communication and training delivery skills.Skills:CATIA and 3 DExperience Ticket Triage.
