Key Responsibilities•Lead Outreach & Appointment Setting
Call inbound and warm leads generated by the companySpeak with seniors about retirement-related topicsQualify prospects and schedule appointments for advisorsConfirm appointments and ensure high show-up rates•Tracking & Follow-Up
Track scheduled appointments and attendanceUpdate lead and appointment status in Go High LevelFollow up with prospects to reduce no-showsMaintain accurate notes and records•Communication & Representation
Act as a professional and trustworthy brand representativeAnswer basic questions and guide prospects through next stepsHandle objections calmly and confidentlyMaintain a positive and motivated sales mindsetQualifications & Skills• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or call-based roles
• Comfortable speaking with seniors and handling sensitive conversations
• Experience using Go High Level or similar CRM systems
