Fraud Prevention, and Financial Operations across Fanatics Collectibles' global platforms.Lead design and implementation of scalable operational platforms and backend servicesArchitect systems supporting customer operations, fraud detection workflows, dispute management, payment operations, and trust toolingDrive technical initiatives that improve automation, operational efficiency, reliability, and scalabilityCollaborate with Product, Data, CX Operations, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders to define technical solutionsImprove system observability, resiliency, monitoring, and operational readinessLead technical investigations, root-cause analysis, and incident response effortsMentor engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and technical coachingDrive engineering standards, development processes, and technical best practicesBasic Qualifications6+ years of professional software engineering experienceStrong experience designing scalable distributed systems and backend platformsExpertise in Python, Java, Kotlin, or GoStrong experience with AWS cloud-native architectures and servicesExperience with event-driven systems and service integrationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsCode-Writing Contribution
