We are seeking an experienced and highly organizedAffiliate & Creator Outreach Managerwith deep, hands-on Tik Tok Shop (TTS) experience to drive affiliate growth and creator partnerships.
This role focuses on managing and scaling our Tik Tok Shop affiliate program while leading structured creator outreach across owned communities (Discord, Lark, etc.).
This isnotgeneral influencer outreach.
It requires operational depth inside Tik Tok Shop systems, strong performance analytics, and disciplined execution within a structured, data-driven framework.
The adecuado candidate has managed TTS at meaningful GMV scale and understands how to build repeatable affiliate growth systems.Key ResponsibilitiesTik Tok Shop Affiliate ManagementManage, optimize, and scale partnerships using the Tik Tok Shop Affiliate backend tool
Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliates to drive measurable revenue growth
Increase affiliate sampling month over month through structured creator activation
Monitor performance and identify high-potential affiliates to double down onCreator Outreach & ActivationConduct structured manual outreach to recruit and activate creators
Execute consistent follow-ups across Discord, Lark, and internal systems
Evaluate creator content quality and prioritize high-performing, brand-aligned talent
Expand outreach beyond Tik Tok Shop to include off-platform influencers, publishers,



and performance partnersSystems, Automation & TrackingOversee affiliate automation tools (bots, scripts, tracking systems)
Build and maintain clear tracking systems for outreach, responses, and performance
Ensure visibility and accountability across all creator interactions
Maintain meticulous documentation and pipeline managementPerformance & OptimizationTrack affiliate revenue contribution, sampling conversion, and content performance
Identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities within the affiliate program
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, growth, and product teams
Stay current on Tik Tok Shop trends, benchmarks, and evolving best practices
Proven experience managing Tik Tok Shop Affiliates inside the TTS backend tool
Direct experience working at meaningful GMV scale on Tik Tok Shop
Strong understanding of affiliate recruitment workflows and performance optimization
Demonstrated success with structured manual outreach and creator follow-up
Exceptional organizational skills with strong tracking discipline
Strong eye for content quality and performance potential
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Ability to take full ownership of affiliate and creator pipelines
Experience scaling Tik Tok Shop programs for U. S.
-based brands
Familiarity with Discord, Lark, Fast Moss, or Kalo Data
