We're looking for a commercially drivenManager, DTC Merchandisingto own and grow a category like a business.This role is accountable forassortment strategy, revenue growth, margin performance, and inventory healthacross the full commercial lifecycle—from line planning and forecasting through to promotional strategy and digital merchandising.You will operate as an end-to-end owner,akin to a General Manager , using data, customer insight, and strong commercial instinct to make decisions, move quickly, and deliver results.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Category PerformanceOwn and deliverrevenue, margin, and inventory targetsfor your category within the DTC channelIdentify risks and opportunities early and takedecisive actionto course-correctLead weekly business reviews focused onactions and decisions , not reportingAssortment Strategy & Line PlanningDefine and evolve arole-based assortment strategy(traffic drivers, margin drivers, innovation, exit)Evaluate SKU productivity and make clear recommendations on what toscale, fix, or removePartner cross-functionally (Product, Supply Chain, Marketing) to shape line plans grounded inconsumer demand and commercial opportunityForecasting & Inventory OwnershipOwn demand forecasts informed byperformance trends, market signals, and commercial judgmentPartner with Supply Chain and Planning to optimizeinventory flow, availability, and risk mitigationBalance growth with inventory health,
