We're in search of an experienced Corporate Law Clerk to join our team in Queretaro.The Legal Assistant will have an immediate and lasting impact on our operations, guiding us toward positive outcomes with comprehensive legal research, document creation, and database maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Providelegal advice and guidanceon corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters affecting the company.
Conductlegal researchand stay updated on relevant Mexico laws and regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiateagreements, contracts, and other legal documentswith high attention to detail.
Represent the company incourt hearings, settlement conferences, and trialsas required.
Ensureregulatory compliancewith applicable laws, industry regulations, and corporate policies.
Work closely with various internal departments to providelegal risk assessmentsand solutions.
Support corporate governance, risk management, anddispute resolution strategies.
Monitor industry trends inconstruction, development, logistics,



and leasingto provide informed legal insights.
Liaise with external counsel when necessary, ensuring effective legal representation for the company.
Lawyer degreefrom an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Queretaro.
2 + years of experience managing a law practice , with a preference for candidates seeking a transition to a structured, corporate environment.
Stronglegal research and drafting skills , with excellent analytical abilities.
Extensive knowledge ofMexico laws and regulations , particularly in corporate, commercial, and real estate law.
Experience attendingcourt hearings, settlement conferences, and trials.
Industry knowledge inconstruction, development, logistics, and leasingis an asset.
Ability towork independentlywhile collaborating with internal stakeholders.
High attention to detail andstrong problem-solving skills.
