Responsibilities:
Configure and customizeService Now applications, ensuring alignment with organizational workflows and business requirements.




Develop complex automationusingFlow Designerand the legacy Workflow Editor to streamline business processes.
Implement Service Now scripting , includingClient Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
Design and maintain integrationsbetween Service Now and external systems to ensure seamless data flow.
Optimize platform architectureacross various modules to enhance system performance and user experience.
Requirements:
Deep understanding of Service Now architectureand platform-best practices.
Hands-on expertise in core modulessuch asITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM.
Proficiency in Service Now scriptinglanguages (Java Script-based) and platform-specific APIs.
Proven experiencein building and managing technicalintegrations and workflows.
Advanced knowledgeof theService Now Flow Designerfor modern automation.
