Time Zone: PST time zoneJob OverviewWe are seeking a creative, data-driven Tik Tok Shop Manager to lead and optimize our presence on Tik Tok Shop.
This role is idóneo for someone who understands both e-commerce operations and short-form content strategy.
The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of our Tik Tok Shop — from product listings and promotions to influencer collaborations and performance analytics.
You'll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to drive sales, enhance visibility, and build a strong brand presence within the Tik Tok ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Manage Tik Tok Shop Operations: Oversee daily shop activities including product uploads, pricing updates, inventory tracking, and promotional campaign setup.Content and Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan and execute campaigns aligned with Tik Tok trends and platform best practices.Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and audience engagement to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Influencer & Affiliate Partnerships:
Source and manage relationships with Tik Tok creators and affiliates to drive authentic product promotion and brand exposure.Customer Engagement: Oversee customer service processes within Tik Tok Shop, ensuring quick response times and positive user experiences.Compliance & Optimization: Stay up to date with Tik Tok Shop policies, algorithm updates, and e-commerce best practices to maintain compliance and optimize performance.Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns and sales strategies.Proven experience managing Tik Tok Shop or other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).
Strong understanding of Tik Tok trends, short-form content, and influencer marketing.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Tik Tok Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
