Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-volume candidates (job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs)Manage postings on platforms such as Linked In, Indeed, OCC, Computrabajo, etc.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring contact center rolesRecruitment Process
Conduct initial screening calls and video interviewsApply psychometric and skills assessments relevant to customer service profilesEvaluate soft skills such as communication, empathy, problem-solving, and stress toleranceCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and operations leadersCandidate Experience
Ensure a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment journeyCommunicate clearly and timely with all candidates regarding process statusRepresent the company's culture and employer brand during every interactionMetrics & Reporting
Track and report key recruiting KPIs: time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate,
attrition in early tenureAnalyze sourcing channel effectiveness and adjust strategies accordinglyMaintain accurate records in our internal systems (Buk, Notion, etc)Stakeholder Management
Partner with Operations to anticipate hiring needsAlign with Managers on profile requirements and headcount planningParticipate in calibration sessions to refine candidate selection criteriaAdministration & Compliance
Ensure all hiring documentation is complete and compliant with local labor regulationsManage offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment requirementsSupport onboarding coordination in collaboration with HRJob requirementsKey Skills Required
High-volume recruiting experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsData-driven mindsetAbility to manage multiple requisitions simultaneouslyKnowledge of contact center operations is a plusAdvanced EnglishAll done!
