This role will develop strategic relationships with key partners while managing the media team's critical KPIs.Responsibilities
Lead and monitor media team KPIs: ROI,



ROAS, advertising impact, and media mixAnalyze advertising investment distribution and optimize resource allocationIdentify performance deviations and implement corrective action plansDevelop executive dashboards and performance reports for stakeholdersConduct predictive analysis and forecasting of advertising resultsExtract campaign insights and propose continuous strategic improvementsNegotiate commercial terms and strategic agreements with enterprise partnersManage key client portfolio and identify growth opportunitiesRepresent Despegar at industry events and travel & advertising conferencesDevelop high-impact commercial presentations and client proposalsOversee campaign execution across platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business, programmaticCoordinate briefs and ad creative production with design and traffic teamsManage advertising inventory: website banners, app push, newsletters, external mediaRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism or related field.3+ years of professional experience in media sales, digital advertising, or business developmentStrong prospecting and negotiation skills, especially at a strategic or executive level.Proven experience in KPI analysis, campaign optimization, and enterprise account managementSQL for data extraction and custom reportingBusiness Intelligence tools: Power BI, Metabase,
