We are currently searching for aService Now Developer :
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize applicationson the Service Now platform following best practices.
Configure and support core IT workflowsincluding ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)



and CSM (Customer Service Management).
Write efficient client-side and server-side scriptsleveraging Java Script and Service Now Glide APIs.
Develop and maintain integrationsbetween Service Now and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
Maintain platform architecture integrityby ensuring solutions align with Service Now structural and technical standards.
Requirements:
4-5+ years of hands-on experiencedirectly focused onService Now development.
Strong technical experience with ITSMmodules (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management).
Strong technical experience with CSM(Customer Service Management).
Advanced proficiency in Java Script, Glide APIs , and native Service Now scripting.
Proven experience establishing system integrationsutilizingREST/SOAP APIs and MID Serverconfigurations.
Deep understanding of Service Now platform architectureand implementation best practices.
Languages
Advanced Oral English.
Advanced Spanish.
