About the Role
We are looking for adetail-oriented and proactive Junior Tax Associateto join a fast-growing, high-performing team specializing in U. S. tax credits and incentives.
This role is idóneo for early-career professionals who want to deepen their expertise inR&D; Tax Creditsand gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
You will play a key role in supporting end-to-end tax credit engagements, working closely with experienced professionals while contributing directly to client deliverables and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation, analysis, and filing ofU.
S. tax credits and incentives , with a focus on R&D; tax credits
Analyze client operations, financial data, and technical documentation to determine eligibility and calculate credits
Conduct research onfederal and state tax regulations and incentive programs
Review, organize, and validate client-provided documentation and financial data
Prepare detailedworkpapers, calculations, and supporting documentation
Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Collaborate with internal teams and maintain clear, professional communication with clients
Ensure compliance with internal processes andStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, Business , or a related field
1+ year of experiencein tax, public accounting, or tax advisory
Hands-on experience withtax returns and/or tax credits (R&D; preferred)
Solid understanding ofU.
S. GAAP and U. S. tax regulations
Ability to read and interpret financial statements
Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and Word
Experience with tax research tools (e.g., CCH, BNA, Checkpoint, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsPreferred Skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Client-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in afully remote environment

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1+ year of experience in tax or public accounting
Experience with tax credits (R&D; Tax Credits preferred)
Knowledge of U. S. tax regulations and U. S. GAAP
Experience preparing tax returns
Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
Experience with tax research tools (CCH, BNA, Checkpoint, or similar)
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
