Arketa is seeking a customer-focused full stack-engineer.You'll join the team and demonstrate end-to-end ownership of investigating bugs, document and fix solutions with the customer in mind.
You'll work with teams based in U. S., Canada and Mexico.
This role is key to prevent churn and ensure our customers are getting the most of our software.This role is hybrid 3x a week to our Mexico City office.

First 30 days:
get familiar with our code-base and ramp-up on bug fixes60 days - 90 days: interacting with customers within customer support channels; building tools to improve bug triageWhat You'll Do:
60% talking to customers and fixing either bugs or user experience edge cases40% actually improving systems long termTriage, investigate, and resolve bugs reported by customers and the support teamOwn issues end-to-end: reproduce → diagnose → fix → validate → communicateCollaborate closely with Support to provide timely updates and clarity on issuesImprove system reliability by identifying root causes (not just patching symptoms)Maintain high-quality standards (testing, edge cases, regressions)What We're Looking For:
2+ years experience as a software engineerStrong written and spoken English fluencyProduction experience in node.js and react/typescriptExperience in fast moving environment, such as small companies or a start-upAI-tooling proficiency: AI as a force multiplierEligibility to work out of our Mexico City officeNice to have:
