We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Delivery Platform, responsible for delivering Plata cards and banking products directly to customers.
This role focuses on the Ambassadors direction — our frontline employees who deliver products and consult clients.
Ambassadors work daily with a mobile application that supports the full delivery flow (meetings, routes, deliveries), while operations teams manage distribution, routing, and workload through a backoffice system.
This is a business- and operations-heavy role with strong exposure to product development.
You'll work closely with operations, product, analytics, and engineering to build scalable processes, improve efficiency, and support large operational teams.
