We are currently searching for aNOC Tier 2 Engineer:
Responsibilities:
Advocate for the customerwithin the organization to ensure a seamless and effortless service experience.
Manage escalationsfor unresolved issues, driving them through to final resolution.
Analyze network trends and diagnose root causesof recurring issues.
Create actionable Customer Engagement Plans ("SERVE")to drive operational improvements.
Resolve all mobility service issuesin direct collaboration with the customer.
Act as a strategic liaisonbetween the customer and cross-functional teams to ensure positive outcomes.
Utilize multiple Incident Management Systemsto track and document network events.
Handle critical situations and high-pressure environmentsfor extended periods with minimal supervision.
Proactively identify business opportunitiesaligned with technical recommendations.
Requirements:
4+ years of experienceand deep knowledge in networking:LAN, WAN, WLAN, DHCP, and DNS.
Excellent network troubleshooting skillswith a proven track record of resolving complex issues.
Proficiency in MS Officefor reporting and trend analysis.
Strong organizational skillsand the ability to multi-task effectively.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Highly motivated and proactiveapproach to technical challenges.
Desired:
CCNA (Routing & Switching) Certificationis preferred.
Excellent communication skills(specifically verbal and written English).
Availability to work 24x7 shifts.
Languages
Advanced Oral English.
Advanced Spanish.
