About the Role
We are looking for a detail-orientedPricing Analystto support the review and optimization of insurance policy renewals.
In this role, you will analyze pricing on policies with premiums ranging from$5,000 to $25,000 , ensuring they align with underwriting guidelines and pricing strategies.
This is anon-customer-facing positionfocused on reviewing, validating, and processing policies using defined criteria and underwriting tools.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working with data and internal systems to ensure pricing accuracy and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
Review and evaluate policy pricing to supportrenewal optimizationand ensure alignment with underwriting guidelines.
Process pricing-related transactions using defined criteria to ensuretimely and accurate policy completion.
Escalate cases to leadership when they falloutside of established authority levels.
Review pricing outcomes using underwriting tools and data sources such asMotor Vehicle Reports (MVRs), underwriting guidelines, and loss control reports.
Identify and resolve missing or incomplete data by gathering information from external sources and updating internal systems.
Maintain accurate documentation ofpolicy reviews, decisions, and action ratesto support transparency and performance monitoring.
Follow departmental procedures and regulatory requirements whenissuing, renewing, or modifying policies.
Ensure accurate and timely service delivery through strong internal collaboration.
Support underwriting priorities and contribute to broaderbusiness and operational goals.
Experience working withinsurance policies, underwriting processes, or pricing analysisis preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability toreview and validate data accurately.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Comfortable working in aprocess-driven and data-focused environment.
