What You'll Do✔️ Contact potential clients via phone, email, or messaging to set appointments
✔️ Listen actively and reassure with empathy
✔️ Manage and update calendars accurately
✔️ Keep clear records of conversations and follow-ups
✔️ Adapt quickly to new tools, scripts, and processes
✔️ Work with multiple clients, each with unique systems and needs
What We're Looking ForFull-time availability (no part-time/adaptable setups)
Must be able to work Canada business hours
Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
Fast learner – able to adapt across different clients
Empathetic and people-oriented – you know how to listen and reassure
Reliable laptop, headset, and strong internet connection
Appointment setting, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
