The team you will be a part ofThe HR Operations team effectively maintains employee information that meets the organization's legal obligations and assists in human resource management and planning by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and analyses.This role in summary
You'll be in charge of managing how employee inquiries and requests are routed through Human Resources, including resolving, escalating, reassigning,



or redirecting them when needed.Your responsibilities will includeAnswer general HR questions about policies and proceduresSupport employees navigating Success Factors and our internal HR PortalAssist with HR transactions like Payroll Insights, Vacation Requests, and General GuidanceLog and track all interactions to ensure timely and complete follow-upContribute to ongoing improvements that make our services more effective and employee-friendly through Whirlpool's standard procedures (SOP, Calls Scripts, etc.)Minimum requirementsStrong communication skills.Great attention to detail and strong organization skills.Ability to collaborate and follow through on tasks.Because our call center depends on strict service hours, being on time is absolutely essentialEnglish proficiency.Preferred skills and experiences
