We are currently searching for aWorkday Lead:
Responsibilities:
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME)for a large portfolio ofWorkday integrations.
Lead the research, design, development, and deliveryof new integrations throughout the entire deployment life-cycle.
Create detailed technical specifications , field mappings, and designs to support business needs.




Collaborate with stakeholdersto identify problem areas, determine project impact, and gather business requirements.
Perform root cause analysison integration failures and develop strategic plans for the overall Workday roadmap.
Manage data flowsbetween internal systems and Workday, ensuring alignment with other system owners.
Develop and modify integrationsusingWorkday Studio, EIBs, Document Transformation, and Core Connectors.
Utilize technical toolssuch asPGP/SSH key management, calculated fields, custom reports, and Web Services.
Provide high-level production support , resolving complex inquiries regarding technology, processes, and user access.
Conduct technical walk-throughsto review source code and documentation in accordance with department standards.
Requirements:
6+ years of specialized experiencewithWorkday Studio.
6+ years of expertisein integration technologies includingXML, XSLT, SOAP, Java, and Web Services.
Proven experience building solutions forWorkday HR and Financeapplications.
Strong background inrequirements documentationand process design feedback.
Proven leadership skillswith the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Languages
Advanced Oral English.
