This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Resumen del rol y responsabilidades claveThis role exists to independently deliver end-to-end Talent Acquisition partnership across multiple business areas while serving as a trusted advisor to leaders on hiring strategy, talent market dynamics, and recruiting execution.Independently partner with business leaders across TransUnion to understand workforce needs, define hiring priorities, and deliver high-quality talent outcomes with a high degree of autonomyAutonomously manage full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles, from intake through offer, ensuring timely execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and a consistent hiring experienceProactively develop and execute sourcing strategies, including market research, Boolean search design, talent mapping, and targeted outreach, without requiring close supervisionServe as a consultative Talent Acquisition Business Partner to Hiring Managers and Senior Leaders, independently guiding hiring strategy, candidate evaluation, market positioning, and decision-makingDesign and implement forward-thinking recruitment strategies aligned to enterprise-wide talent priorities, business goals, and workforce planning needsIndependently leverage recruiting data and insights to drive informed conversations with business leaders on pipeline health, market trends, hiring risks, and progress against goalsOwn and maintain a transparent, consistent, and positive candidate and stakeholder experience through disciplined communication, process rigor,
