Your expertise will help organizations optimize operations and enhance customer engagement.Responsibilities:Act as a Business Analyst and subject matter expert for Dynamics CRM projectsEvaluate current business models and define future state solutions aligned with technologyLead workshops with stakeholders to collect and document business requirementsDevelop detailed process maps and workflowsCollaborate with development teams to ensure business and technical alignmentConduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business expectationsTrain and support end-users to facilitate adoption and ensure solution effectivenessMake key decisions, support cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to strategic outcomesMust-Have Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
