wholesalers, or subsidiaries regarding medium to high level queries- Conduct installation courses, fault diagnosis, and first-level assistance- Report irregularities found in the operation of products that are not stated in technical notes or in respective manuals followed by the disassembly, calibration, and test of products- Conduct team demonstrations, installations, and review of equipmentExperience leading customer Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate solution performance and business value.
- Completion of an undergraduate programMain Requirements- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical support within the Managed Print Services (MPS) industry.
