## What youu****ll do:
Job Summary
Provide direction and manage day to day functions of the Eaton Care Commercial Finance Center located in Queretaro, Mexico.
This position must also work closely with support management in the various Eaton Care support locations for Electrical and Industrial Sector
Job Responsibilities
u**** Lead day to day activities within the Eaton Care Service Center team of Commercial Finance employees.
u**** Develop effective relationship with USA team that theyu****re supporting
u**** Drive productivity within the group by utilizing electronic tools to support efficient and profitable business growth
u**** Driving the team to have quality interactions with customers, stakeholders and US counterparts to drive long term business growth
u**** Develop, and retain top quality Commercial Finance employees, who excel at providing customer value through the execution of the rebate and commercial accounting processes, commercial savvy, and effective relationship building with customers
u**** Gain a deep understanding of the businesses supported so that this position becomes the escalation point for the team
u**** Training employees and coordinating training for employees on the essential functions of the position
u**** Provide commercial finance enablement and analytical support to sales teams and channel partners to drive profitable growth.
u**** Set expectations for the team
u**** Communicate with the customers as necessary
u**** Other duties, projects as assigned.
u**** Participate in and provide leadership for local and divisional commercial finance initiatives and projects.
u**** Maintain knowledge of current trends, tools, and methodologies that support commercial finance effectiveness and business results.




u**** Represent commercial finance perspectives in crossu****functional forums and initiatives.
u**** Monitor active commercial initiatives to ensure deliverables are completed on time, required activities are executed, and performance objectives are met.
u**** Demonstrate strong understanding of the commercial sales process and how financial insights support effective business decisions.
u**** Demonstrate understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive factors to support informed commercial and financial decisions.

## Qualifications:
Education level required
u**** Bacheloru****s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field
Years and area of experience required
u**** Minimum 3 years manager of people experience
u******u***** years of progressive experience in Finance, Commercial Finance, or closely related business
Technical knowledge
u**** High Ability to speak, write, and read English (100% English fluency)
u**** Project management skill to lead and work in matrix project teams and deal with multiple stakeholders
u**** Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
u**** Experience developing sales programs
u**** Sales management experience
u**** Customer facing / web digital tool experience
u**** Analytical tool and reporting experience (SAS, SPSS, Excel, Power BI, and Access, etc)
u**** US channel/sales market experience
