We are seeking a Production Graphic Designer to join a growing creative team. You will work closely with the Creative Director and Senior Designers to create and adapt assets across multiple brands and industries. The idóneo candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with feedback, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Build, resize, and adapt creative assets across multiple formats,



including social media, presentations, digital ads, print collateral, and event materials. Execute designs based on established brand guidelines and creative direction. Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital use. Manage file organization, version control, and creative assets. Apply multiple client brand standards across concurrent projects. Support light motion graphics and animation projects when needed. Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and creative leadership. Communicate proactively regarding project status and deadlines.
Requirements 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Designer, or similar role. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. Strong portfolio showcasing production design, branding, and multi-format design work.
