For more information, visit The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, fixed assets, and related accounting activities across multiple locations, including Headquarters,



Experimental Stations, and CIMMYT Offices. This role involves managing vendor databases, facilitating multi-currency expense allocations, coordinating monthly closings, supporting audit processes, and leading improvements in accounting workflows and internal controls. The coordinator will also supervise a team, drive ERP system enhancements, and serve as a key liaison with regulatory authorities. Main duties and responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end processing of Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets operations, including document review, vendor and fixed asset master data maintenance, invoice processing, purchase order invoicing, petty cash reimbursements, and multi-currency expense allocation.
- Record and maintain fixed asset transactions including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, work-in-progress, and depreciation across Headquarters, Experimental Stations, and CIMMYT Offices.
