ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Marketing Specialist to join the DQS North America marketing team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our event marketing strategy—planning and executing high-impact trade show participation and live webinar programs that generate qualified leads and elevate brand visibility across the region.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results across the full event lifecycle, from concept through to post-event reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Marketing — Expos & Trade Shows Plan, coordinate, and manage DQS participation in industry expos and trade shows across North America (executed remotely)
Own end-to-end logistics: booth setup coordination, vendor management, materials, and on-site communications with local contacts Develop pre-event promotional campaigns and post-event follow-up sequences in HubSpot Webinar Programs — Live & On-Demand Design and execute monthly webinar programs using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and ON24 Own attendee acquisition from email and digital promotion through to registration confirmation and post-webinar nurture Drive performance against webinar attendance and registration targets Analytics & Reporting Track and report on event ROI, lead generation metrics, pipeline contribution, and webinar performance Deliver clear post-event and post-webinar reports with actionable insights for the Marketing Manager Maintain accurate event data and contact records in HubSpot CRM
