Partner with cross-functional teams and HR stakeholders to deliver people initiatives aligned with business priorities. Identify opportunities for

continuous improvement

across HR programs and processes, enhancing the employee and manager experience. Analyze available people data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed HR decisions. Support HR administrative processes and ensure accurate and timely execution. Provide general support to the

Senior HR Manager

on HR priorities and projects.
