AP & AR Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized AP & AR Specialist to join our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership of financial processes, improving accuracy, and collaborating with different teams to support efficient business operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing key Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, including invoice processing, vendor management, customer billing, payment follow-ups, and financial documentation. The idóneo candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle, including invoice entry, GL coding, approvals, and payment processing
Support vendor onboarding by validating documentation and maintaining accurate vendor records
Review invoices, expenses, and credit card transactions to ensure proper documentation and accuracy
Assist with customer invoicing, statements, and Accounts Receivable follow-up




Monitor AR aging reports and support payment resolution processes
Assist with audit requests and financial documentation preparation
Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and increase efficiency

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Knowledge of invoice processing, vendor management, and basic accounting principles
Understanding of GL coding and financial recordkeeping
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Experience with Bill.com or similar AP platforms is highly preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different departments
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
