Activities Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process. Define project schedules, timelines, and key milestones for new product launches. Plan and coordinate pre-pilot and pilot production runs. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Monitor and follow up on activities throughout all stages of the product introduction process. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably within the metalworking/manufacturing industry. Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI). HVAC or air conditioning industry experience is a plus. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar software. Valid U.S. visa required.
