Fortune Fashions Baja / Mad Engine Integral is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead our high-volume manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on screen printing, production performance, capacity, quality, cost, and continuous improvement. ✨ What You’ll Do: Lead end-to-end plant & screen-printing operations Drive safety, quality, productivity, capacity & on-time delivery Lead Production, Warehouse & Trims teams ⚙️ Improve operational efficiency through Lean & continuous improvement Manage KPIs, labor, equipment utilization, inventory & manufacturing costs Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges ✅ We’re Looking For:
• 5–8 years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience • Leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing • High-volume screen printing experience strongly preferred • Strong production & capacity planning and KPI management expertise • Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma experience preferred • English/Spanish bilingual skills required RELOCATION REQUIREMENT: This position is 100% on-site in Ensenada, Mexico.
