What We're Looking For:
Are you an experienced machine operator with a passion for precision and quality? We are looking for a Senior Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be crucial to our production process, operating specialized press and converting equipment.



You will have the opportunity to apply your technical skills, contribute to a collaborative team, and directly impact the quality of the products we deliver to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot advanced press, converting, and finishing equipment (die-cutting, laminating, slitting).
Apply your full knowledge of the mechanical functions of all machines, including ink mixing and color matching, to ensure top-quality output.
Perform and document quality tests according to ISO procedures to maintain our high standards.
Collaborate effectively with team members and internal stakeholders to resolve moderately complex problems and ensure smooth production flow.
Proactively identify and resolve a diverse range of operational challenges, following detailed instructions and safety protocols.
