Key Activities/ Deliverables:
1. Translate brand objectives into integrated media and digital strategies
Define audience, channel, content and investment priorities based on brand JTBDs, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all consumer touchpoints.
2. Build social and content ecosystems that strengthen consumer connection
Develop social, content and influencer strategies that increase brand relevance, engagement and cultural connection with consumers.
3. Execute media investments with excellence and accountability
Ensure high-quality media deployment, strong agency management, timely activation and robust performance tracking across campaigns.
4. Maximize media effectiveness and ROI
Drive continuous optimization through testing, learning and performance measurement, ensuring investments generate the highest possible business impact.
5. Build future-ready digital marketing capabilities
Develop the talent, tools, partnerships and operating model required to establish world-class digital and content capabilities,



including the future evolution toward an in-house agency model.
Competencies (experiences/ Education):
Advertising, media, content creation, digital production or agency ecosystem background, rather than a traditional FMCG/CPG marketing background.
10 years of experience in media strategy, media planning and digital marketing.
Extensive expertise in digital media, content, social ecosystems & influencer
Proven track record in media planning and media effectiveness
Fluent English
