Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer (Controls Engineer) to lead automation, controls, and Industry 4.0 projects within our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automation systems, robotic applications, machine vision technologies, and control systems that improve productivity, quality, and operational performance. The position offers significant visibility across the organization and a direct impact on the future of smart manufacturing initiatives.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Define, evaluate, purchase, and implement machine vision systems for component inspection in assembly lines.
Develop, program, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic systems and automation equipment.
Create and modify PLC programs to support manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, controls, and automation-related failures.




Lead automation and Industry 4.0 projects from concept through implementation.
Support machinery integration, installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
Collaborate with manufacturing specialists and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
Provide technical training to operations and maintenance personnel on automated systems and equipment.
Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, reliability, quality, and productivity.
