The Production Supervisor will oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring that production targets are met with the highest quality and efficiency. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results towards sales and production plan.
Continuously improve metrics to improve PVQC (People, Velocity, Quality and Cost). Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
Bachelor's degree in operations management, or in business administration.
Experience in manufacturing of PCBA and electronic assembly.
Must have the ability to communicate clearly to colleagues on the factory floor and those in middle management.
Subject expert for lean / 6 sigma tools and techniques for real world application and formal training.




Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision‐making, work quality, and to reduce costs. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Spanish and in English.
