The Commercial Director Latin America & South Africa will provide focused commercial leadership for Aristocrat Interactive's growth. This role is responsible for building and growing operator relationships, boosting commercial performance, supporting market entry and expansion initiatives, and ensuring strong collaboration across Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Content, and Operations teams. You will manage end-to-end commercial results across the region, helping Aristocrat Interactive scale responsibly while adapting global standards to local market demands, regulatory rules, and operator priorities.




Working with some of the largest operators and most respected gaming brands in Latin America and South Africa, you will develop executive relationships, shape commercial strategy, identify new growth prospects, and play a crucial part in one of Aristocrat Interactive's most exciting regional growth stories.
Build and complete tailored commercial strategies for each region, aligned to regional market dynamics, operator priorities, regulatory requirements, and growth targets.
Develop and deliver tailored strategic proposals, leading the full commercial lifecycle.
Conduct regular tracking, reporting, and analysis of important metrics.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and planning sessions with customers.
Deliver top-tier content launch initiatives to drive market share expansion across the Latin American region and South African markets.
