The Logistics & Customs Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing domestic and international logistics operations, customs compliance, transportation, warehousing, and e-commerce fulfillment. This role ensures efficient supply chain execution while maintaining regulatory compliance, controlling costs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This position partners closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Essential Functions
- Lead domestic and international logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, import/export, and customs compliance.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade agreements, import/export laws, and government requirements.
- Oversee inventory movement and distribution to ensure product availability while optimizing transportation and storage costs.
- Lead e-commerce fulfillment operations,



ensuring timely and accurate order processing and last-mile delivery performance.
- Monitor logistics KPIs, including on-time delivery, freight costs, inventory accuracy, and customer service metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service to support customer requirements and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through Lean methodologies and digital supply chain initiatives.
- Develop, coach, and lead logistics and warehouse teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage logistics budgets and negotiate contracts with transportation providers and logistics partners.
- Prepare executive reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior leadership.
- Support ERP implementation and continuous optimization of logistics and supply chain systems.

Preferred Experience
