MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Location: TETLA, TLAXCALA

What are your main tasks?
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for:
- GERBER, ATRIA, and PARAGON cutting machines
- Dürkopp, Juki, and Pfaff sewing machines
- Forming and cutting presses
- Execution and updating of preventive and corrective maintenance plans
- Implementation of TPM methodology




- Ensure the availability of machines, equipment, and peripherals
- Management of plant utilities: power, water, and gas
- Tracking of spare parts and consumables, inventory levels (min/max), and tool crib management
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and internal standards

What are your qualifications?

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in maintenance for production processes involving cutting, sewing, assembly, and presses
- Technical knowledge of maintenance for cutting machines (GERBER, ATRIA, PARAGON), sewing machines (Durkopp, Juki, Pfaff), and forming and cutting presses
- Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems
