About the role
Responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement and supply process for equipment, spare parts, and materials sourced from intercompany manufacturing plants and external suppliers.
This position is responsible for executing the complete supply process, from purchase order creation, supplier follow-up,



logistics coordination, import documentation management, and shipment tracking, through the final receipt of materials at Carrier Transicold warehouses in Mexico and Panama.
Acts as the primary liaison between suppliers, intercompany plants, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments to ensure supply continuity and timely material availability.
Key Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
Procurement & Sourcing
- Create and manage purchase orders within the ERP system.
- Issue purchase orders to intercompany manufacturing plants and external suppliers.
- Follow up on order confirmations, committed delivery dates, and supplier lead times.
- Manage purchase order changes, cancellations, and expedite requests.
- Escalate supply risks and delivery delays.

Purchase Order Management
- Monitor open purchase orders from creation through final receipt.
