Are you passionate about supply chain, procurement, and driving operational excellence? We're looking for a Buyer to join our team in Chihuahua and play a key role in ensuring material availability, supplier performance, and inventory optimization in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will:
Manage purchasing activities and material replenishment for assigned commodities
Collaborate with suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams
Monitor MRP requirements, Kanban levels, and purchase orders to ensure continuous supply
Drive inventory optimization, supplier performance improvements, and cost reduction initiatives
Support sourcing projects and help implement lean manufacturing practices across the supply chain
Resolve delivery, quality, cost, and inventory-related challenges while maintaining excellent customer service levels





What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in purchasing, procurement, planning, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
Advanced level of English
Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Experience with Kanban, pull systems, lean manufacturing, or supplier management is highly valued
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across multiple functions
