We are looking for a Senior Manager, Merchant Offers & Partnerships to join strategic projects with Mastercard Advisors in Mexico — managing the growth and success of a card-linked offers and advertising ecosystem with merchants.

This is a customer success role with a strong analytical component: the focus is on ensuring the success, retention, and expansion of partnerships with already onboarded merchants — supported by market intelligence, quantitative analysis, and deep understanding of transactional and campaign data.





The differentiator we're looking for is the combination of analytical (quant) expertise + deep knowledge of loyalty, CRM, personalization, or retail media. We accept two career paths:
Professionals in customer success, account management, or analytical consulting in loyalty, retail media, AdTech/Martech, or payments, with a proven track record of retention, adoption, and account expansion backed by data
Specialists in analytics, customer intelligence, or market intelligence (e.g., loyalty platforms, dunnhumby-like platforms, CRM for major retailers, consumer panels) who have worked directly with brands or merchants, translating analysis into commercial recommendations and measurable incremental revenue

Profiles that are purely commercial/hunter, transactional sales-focused, or lack proven analytical depth (ROI modeling, incrementality, segmentation, market sizing) will not be a fit.
