Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Mérida, YUC. The Project Manager will coordinate integrated project delivery activities across design, engineering, budgeting,



and construction, ensuring alignment with target value and project objectives. Daily responsibilities include planning and tracking schedules, leading cross-functional meetings, overseeing procurement and logistics, and monitoring quality, safety, and compliance on site. The role involves managing communication among owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting. The Project Manager will use analytical tools to oversee budget performance, evaluate alternatives with real-time data, and support continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Experience in project oversight and coordination, including Project Management and Expediting activities.
Ability to work as an Expeditor, managing Expediting tasks to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
