* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or
related field.
* 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing
environment.
* Advanced knowledge of English (written and conversational).
* Experience with quality systems, root cause analysis, and problem-solving
methodologies.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone/Ishikawa.
* Experience with process and product quality improvement.
* Ability to analyze quality data and develop corrective and preventive actions
(CAPA).
* Experience working with SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Maintenance,
Materials, and other departments.
* Conduct and support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with
quality standards.
* Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous
improvement.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
