The Global Green Growth Institute internship program provides a unique learning opportunity for students and recent graduates from diverse academic backgrounds. The program is designed for talented and motivated individuals skilled in areas relevant to GGGI’s operations. The program allows selected candidates to gain insight into the work of the Institute and provides assistance and training in various professional fields in a multicultural environment. CURRENT OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a talented individual to work with us in the Latin America and the Caribbean Regional Office, in Mexico, to provide operational support to the Human Resources unit, specifically in relation to carrying out day-to-day activities.
The assignment will include the following but not limited to:
Review job descriptions and terms of reference.
Review shortlisted candidates’ CVs.
Review interview evaluation forms.
Review candidates’ references.
Assist with reviewing and maintaining personnel files and hiring documentation.
Draft contracts.
Update recruitment database.
Update presentations or guide materials.
Support with improvements or efficiency initiatives in HR processes, materials, guides and/or databases.
Contribute to the development of the Caree
