? What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
Experience facilitating development teams and Agile ceremonies
Coaching & mentoring of teams and individuals
Proven ability to remove impediments and resolve conflicts
Experience driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity
Strong coordination with Product Owners, Development Teams, and stakeholders
Servant-leader mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
Experience using metrics to track team performance and improvement
Background working on enterprise-scale projects
Experience with distributed, offshore, or multicultural teams
⭐ Highly valued:
Experience transitioning into Scrum Master / Agile Coach from QA, Project Management, Project Lead, Delivery, or Team Lead roles
Azure DevOps experience
Experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry
Experience managing or supporting offshore teams
Experience with Sprint 0
