Systems administrator supports Configuration, user permissions, testing, integration SME, Basic reporting,
and supports the overall technology roadmap efforts. This position manages, maintains, and optimizes claims systems to ensure reliability and performance. The role performs day-to-day claims systems administration activities and acts as a claims systems expert to provide technical support for end users. Performs work with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused only on complex new assignments.
