Can you spot a creator with commercial potential and then turn that potential into vigente brand revenue? Nouvel Age Media is looking for a Creator Partnerships & Talent Manager to help us build and grow our creator representation and brand partnerships division from the ground up.

This is not a traditional influencer marketing role where you're handed a campaign brief and asked to find creators for a brand. You'll be responsible for building both sides of our creator partnerships network: talent and brands.

On the talent side, you'll identify and recruit creators with strong commercial potential, build relationships with them, understand their audiences and goals, and position them for relevant paid opportunities.

On the brand side, you'll identify companies that are actively investing in creator partnerships, build relationships with the right decision-makers, pitch our talent,



and turn those conversations into paid brand deals.

Nouvel Age Media will sit at the center—connecting the right creators with the right brands while managing the commercial relationship, negotiations, communication, and partnership process.
That means we aren't looking for someone who only knows how to coordinate influencer campaigns.

We need someone commercially sharp who understands creator representation, can build relationships on both sides of the market, is comfortable prospecting and pitching brands, can negotiate confidently, and knows how to turn relationships into revenue.

Creator Recruitment & Representation: Identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard creators with strong audience quality, content, engagement, professionalism, and commercial potential.
Brand Partnership Development: Identify and build relationships with brands seeking creator talent and proactively generate paid opportunities that connect the right creators
