**YOUR TASKS**
Objective: Managing employees; controlling the production process; ensuring that the agreed production targets; health & safety and environment protection; as well as carrying out and initiating quality/improvement measures within the area of responsibility.
- Organization of production plan, planning resources.




- Responsible for OEE at Factory.
- Responsible for the development of personnel in production groups.
- Responsible for scrap and inventories in process.
- Implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Between 3 - 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Professional education or special diploma.
- Intermediate English
- SAP proficiency
- Leadership (unionized personnel)
