As a Trainer Manager you will play a key role in providing the necessary organization and communication required for a healthy and successful working environment.
**You will be responsible for ensuring the performance and productivity of our foreign language trainers based all around the world, you will work in the Mexico office.
**
**What youll do**
- Manage a team of approximately 50 trainers based all around the world
- Ensure consistent and high quality lesson delivery on a mass scale.
- Ensure trainer compliance with internal KPIs
- Propose and follow up of trainer performance improvements
- Take the lead in team recruitment activities




- Oversee HR aspects of the trainer team
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions if issues arise
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews of trainers
**What youll need**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience
- Bilingual English
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in teaching is a plus
- Experience in working in multicultural environments is a plus
- Bachelors or College degree
