The Transducer Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for owning and advancing the manufacturing engineering capability for transducer assemblies across volume production. This role exists to ensure design intent is faithfully realized in manufacturing, and that production processes are robust, repeatable, controlled, and scalable. The engineer will lead manufacturing process definition, tooling and fixturing development, process capability improvement, and structured problem solving across transducer production lines. A strong emphasis is placed on change control, process stability, metrics‑driven decision making, and systems‑level quality.
This role requires hands‑on experience in urethane moulding at volume, not theoretical exposure or on‑the‑job training. The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in managing sensitive material processes, environmental controls, and defect prevention in high‑reliability electromechanical products.
Manufacturing Process Ownership
- Own end‑to‑end manufacturing processes for transducer assemblies, from component preparation through final encapsulation and cure.
- Translate product design intent into clear, manufacturable, and controlled processes, tooling, and work instructions.
- Serve as the primary manufacturing engineering authority for transducer production lines.
Urethane Moulding & Encapsulation (Critical)
