Withproduction facilities in Ohio, Georgia, and Mexico, we service ourcustomers both nationwide and internationally by designing andmanufacturing cutting-edge engineered products.

Scope and Responsibilities :

The Human Resources Manager leads all human resources functions atthe Mexico facility, including recruitment, employee relations,compliance with Mexican labor law, compensation and benefitsadministration, training and development, and support for plantleadership on workforce strategy. This role serves as the primary HRpoint of contact for the site and partners closely with corporate HR(US) to align local practices with company-wide policy.

Duties include, but are not limited to:




- Manage full-cycle recruitment and staffing for all positions
- Ensure compliance with the Ley Federal del Trabajo (Federal LaborLaw), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other Mexican regulatory requirements
- Administer payroll inputs, benefits, and compensation programs incoordination with finance/payroll
- Lead employee relations: investigations, disciplinary actions,grievance handling, and conflict resolution
- Manage labor union relations and collective bargaining agreement(CBA) administration
- Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning, org design,and headcount decisions
- Oversee the training function, including safety, compliance, andleadership development programs, providing direction and support tothe Safety/Training Coordinator
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including requiredMexican employment documentation (contrato individual de trabajo, etc.)
